A one hour consultation with Joan Berry Nassar is thorough and complete. We will review children’s issues, if any, and discuss possible timeshare schedules. The division of your assets and debts will be reviewed. Child support and alimony calculations may be made if sufficient information is available. You will finish the consultation having a good idea of how the law will be applied to your case, the legal issues involved and the various processes available to you in resolving your case. It is well worth the initial consultation fee.

Consultations are available in person, by telephone or video (Microsoft Teams). You will speak directly with the attorney at your scheduled time. Prior to your appointment, our staff will send you a Client Information Form which must be completed and returned to us prior to the consultation. Pre-payment or credit cards are accepted for payment.

The fee for the consultation will be given to you upon scheduling the appointment. If you retain the firm, an advance fee will be quoted at the conclusion of the consultation.
